S.S.C is a on-going concept for a small bar/social club in Brooklyn. A social club represents a place where people feel comfortable, able to weigh their differences, problems, and successes within a community of friends and strangers.
The S.S.C. identity and iconography is based around religious – centrally Catholic and Christian imagery. The bar would minimally reference these important religious aspects, as to not feel like a strange church-bar type of vibe. Approaching the graphic identity very subtly would allow both to work cohesively.
The typeface Saints was designed after the logo, and would serve as headings on signage and other collateral.
