Red Bull Unforeseen
BRIEF
Redbull Unforeseen was a hidden in plain sight activation inside Gov Ball during the 2023 summer festival. To create a true NY space, Redbull partnered with NY centric brands such as Only NY, Sidetalk NYC and local artists for entertainment. Nash directed the project on behalf of Only NY and worked with Micah NYC to design the limited edition t-shirt as well as a replica of the Stanton St storefront in the Lower East Side.

Nash creative directed the illustration based upon early renderings of the Redbull Unforeseen space. The concept spawned from a mix of vintage special event merchandise from the 70s - 90s, with NYC icons all being compiled into a small space for the design.
Micah NYC and I worked together from this thumbnail sketch and compile a design for the festival. The shirts were largely a success, with many fans wishing they had been sold in the Only NY retail stores or advertised for sale online. Limited to just 250 pieces, each shirt was wrapped up in food paper to mimic a deli sandwich.
REPLICA 176 STANTON ST
Within the walls of the Redbull activation, a full city block of faux storefronts was created to give the illusion of a block party. Only NY was thrilled to have it’s flagship storefront included into the space, and Nash designed a vector rendering for the activation.
